Julia Hartley-Brewer has challenged George Eustice over the time it is taking the government to set up its hotel quarantine scheme.

From 15 February anyone travelling to the UK from a country on the UK’s travel ban list will be required to quarantine in a government-approved facility for 10 days.

Julia asked the Environment Secretary: “If you think the policy is necessary, why can you not instigate it immediately?”
