This video will inform you regarding the official announcement from the Philippine government that effective December 7, 2020, foreign spouse, children and former Filipinos are now allowed entry without a visa provided that requirements from Inter-Agency Task Force on Infectious Diseases must be complied with.

Non-OFWs refer to Returning Overseas Filipinos (non-OFW students, non-OFW Balikbayan, non-OFW tourist, etc.), spouse and children of Filipinos, diplomats, foreign officials accredited by the Philippines, and eligible non-Filipino/foreign citizens with long-term visas.
