A customer experience strategist and product design lead, she has over 10 years experience helping Tier 1 banks strategically solve business challenges and identify opportunities for differentiation through design thinking and build solutions that transform the way corporates and businesses engage with their customers.

CHRIS DORROW: Chris leads the global design and customer innovation practice at Finastra. With over 10 years' experience in the field of business design and innovation, he focuses primarily on creating sustainable value through systems, process and end user design. He specializes in human-centered design, business model innovation and fostering collaboration amongst various customer and channel ecosystems.
